		<description>WATS is no good because it creates a post for the ticket content. I need a Ticket program that uses it&#039;s own table for issues and not the content table. Otherwise I have to edit all my templates to ignore a specific category -- whcih there would still be a posibility of it showing up some place (like feeds or something).</description>
